Lake House – Living Inside While Enjoying the Beautiful Surroundings
The interior of the home was designed with the outdoors in mind. The soothing blues and greens complement the extraordinary views seen from each room in the home. If not looking at the beach and Lake Michigan, one is viewing the beautiful trees that surround the property.

In 2011, we sold our cottage up North and bought a Lake House in Saugatuck, Michigan – to have a vacation home closer to our daughter and her family. This was the biggest project yet. A complete renovation from refinishing floors to another kitchen renovation, to wall treatments, lighting, paint, wallpaper, window treatments, rugs and furniture. I met with Gail at the house the first time and I was overwhelmed at how to make it ours. Gail, of course, was up to the challenge. This is the most beautiful, interesting, fun and comfortable home that we could imagine.
