Sparkling, Eclectic Dining Room

We first saw Gail’s work during an event at the Troy Design Center. We were very taken with the room vignette she had completed and felt it was serendipity when we learned that she was practically our neighbor. We have now worked with Gail on two homes. Our first project started in 2007, our home interior was a blank white slate and we were looking for bathroom renovation designs as well as where to start introducing color and our personality to the main spaces in the house.

After spending some time with us, Gail was able to take our discussions on how we wanted the home to feel and to look at what we already owned, then develop a plan that fit us and our home exactly. She introduced us to color combinations and furniture layouts that we would not have considered on our own, but when we saw them, we fell in love.

Gail utilizes a very competent, professional group of subcontractors that are knowledgeable about older home reconstruction techniques. We were always impressed with the quality of their work, courtesy, timeliness, and cleanliness while on the job.

After the successes with our previous home, when we moved to our current home in late 2010, we again called Gail to help us make the home our own. We turned the entire house over to Gail, simply asking for a calm, spa like environment with a sprinkling of the vibrant colors that we love. Gail developed a design plan that met every one of our objectives.

We would recommend Gail to anyone who is looking for a designer who takes the time to learn who they are, listens to their ideas and translates them to something exceptionally beautiful and livable.
